Refund, Exchange, & Turn Around Time Policy
Here at P&PD Wholesale, we have very reasonable policies as far as refunds, exchanges, and returns. Please be aware of each policy before placing an order.
REFUND POLICY & TURN AROUND TIME - If you wish for a refund for an order after placing it before the order is shipped, refunds are only issued if the order is over due on the listed turn around time. Delays do happen and we always communicate and answer any questions about orders in a timely manner but for the majority of the time everything will ship in the listed turn around time. If a refund is desired after products are shipped, we must be contacted within 3 business days of the delivery via the tracking number stating the order was delivered, items must be shipped back in the exact condition as they were received, and then the refund will be issued.
PRE ORDERS- Pre orders are final sales, at this time.
